Graphic Web Designer

Daily tasks include designing graphics and layouts, refining branding elements, producing icons and visual imagery, and ensuring consistent typography and visual style across all digital touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with marketing, operations, and project teams to translate complex concepts into clear visual communication, optimizing designs for usability and accessibility, and preparing assets for web deployment. The Graphic Web Designer will also participate in feedback and review cycles, update existing materials, and help evolve the company’s digital brand presence over time.
Qualifications
Strong visual design skills in graphics and graphic design, with experience creating web-ready assets.
Proficiency in logo design and branding to develop and maintain a consistent digital brand identity.
Solid understanding of typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability in web environments.
Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch or similar).
Familiarity with web design principles, responsive layouts, and collaboration with front-end developers.
Ability to interpret technical and scientific content into clear, engaging visual designs; healthcare or life sciences experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team.
