Data Architect

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect who can both design and build end-to-end solutions. Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:
 Strong hands-on experience across the Databricks ecosystem, including Lakeflow, Delta Lake,
Unity Catalog, PySpark/Python and SQL
 Proven experience architecting and executing data and ETL migrations to Databricks
 Experience designing Lakehouse/Medallion architectures and scalable ingestion and
transformation pipelines
 Strong automation and framework mindset, with experience building reusable,
metadata/configuration-driven migration and engineering frameworks
 Experience with pipeline orchestration, data quality, validation/reconciliation, CI/CD and
performance optimization
 Ability to assess existing ETL workloads and define migration patterns, target architecture
and implementation approach
 Strong client-facing and technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide onshore/offshore
engineering teams
 Alteryx experience, particularly Alteryx-to-Databricks migration, is a strong value add.
 Experience with other ETL modernization/migration tools and AI-assisted migration or
automation approaches is preferred
