Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Noida. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications that support business, marketing, and client-facing functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive front-end interfaces, implementing and optimizing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, improving user experience, and maintaining site performance, security, and scalability. The Web Developer will also monitor and troubleshoot issues, perform regular updates, document code, and contribute to continuous improvement of the digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Web Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design, including responsive layouts, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including server-side logic, database integration, and API development.
Knowledge of common web technologies and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, server-side languages, relational or NoSQL databases).
Ability to write clean, well-documented, maintainable code and use version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and deployment on hosting/cloud platforms is an advantage.
