About the Role
We're looking for an experienced professional who can own the audit and compliance functions end to end across types of entities- Proprietorship, Firm, Company, LLP, Trusts. We need someone who looks into a problem, works out a solution, and comes to us with the answer, not just the issue.
Key Responsibilities
• Review of year end accounts and finalisation support for BS, P&L Accounts.
• Undertake Income tax audit and statutory audit under guidance
• Handle Income tax assessment and GST audit
• Process and follow up on GST refund applications
• Assist with monthly, quarterly compliances including TDS, GSTR, and reconciliation of ITC on GST
• Liaisoning with clients and their accounts team
What We're Looking For
• M.Com / Inter-CA with strong, practical knowledge of accounting and audit applicability
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounts finalization, Tax and GST audits
• Strong problem-solving skills: you can work through issues on your own and escalate need basis
• Close attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
• Sound knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, MS Word
• Conversational in English
