Role Description The Management Intern role is an on-site internship based in Noida. The intern will assist in coordinating training programs, managing student engagement activities, and supporting day-to-day operations across departments. Typical responsibilities include organizing sessions and events, helping maintain records and dashboards, communicating with students and partners, and preparing basic reports and presentations. The intern may also support marketing and outreach efforts, gather feedback from participants, and contribute to process improvements to enhance the learner experience. This role offers exposure to education management and the semiconductor training ecosystem, with guidance from experienced team members.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with students, trainers, and partners.
Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and comfort with online collaboration platforms.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including attention to detail in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Interest in education, training, or the semiconductor/VLSI industry, with a willingness to learn about program and operations management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, maintain a professional demeanor, and engage respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Availability to work on-site in Noida for the duration of the internship.
