Job Purpose
Responsible for the
overall management of Process and maintaining of guaranteed parameters
Key Job Success factors
(Key Responsibilities)
1 Coordinating activities
with field operators to ensure safe and reliable operations.
2. Operate, manage, regulate, and control process variables.
3. Analyse current
processes and identify areas for improvement.
4. Implement process changes to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
Other Responsibilities
1. Maintain a safe work
environment and ensuring all equipment are in proper working condition.
2. Ensures staff is up-to-date with all local regulations and environmental
guideline.
3. Develop and deliver
training programs for refinery operators and maintenance staff on systems and
process equipments.
4. Work with
cross-functional teams to address process-related problems.
Technical Competencies
1. Strong understanding
of biorefinery (1G/2G) ) processes, systems, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to interpret (PFD
and P&IDs) to ensure correct system functionality.
3. Strong analytical and
diagnostic skills to identify and resolve process issues.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Suggest ideas for
operational changes / improvements, process control, maintenance priorities
and scheduling
2. Skilled in Analysing & rectifying the system problems for improving
plant & overall efficiency
3. Creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as per field conditions
4. Problem-solving
skills: Need to be able to identify, analyse, and resolve issues
5. Ability to interpret
data of lab analysis and suggest suitable process rectification at site.
