What you'll do
You will track risks, issues and actions and chase owners for updates
You will monitor budgets, milestones and resource allocation
You will prepare material for steering committees
You will keep templates and project-management standards up to date
You will audit project files for completeness and quality
You will suggest improvements based on patterns across projects
Projects are construction and civil works across sites, and the office tracks progress against billing milestones.

What you would bring
We are looking for 2 to 5 years in project reporting or a project office. Graduate degree in any discipline; engineering or management preferred. Experience supporting projects or working in a PMO. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Attention to detail and follow-through. PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 credentials would count in your favour.
Location and process
Location: Mumbai or Pune (on-site). Screening call, assignment, team panel, final fit conversation. One application is enough; it is also considered for similar roles we are hiring for.
