Manappuram Insurance Brokers Ltd. is looking for dynamic, result-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Area Head.

🔹 Position: Area Head – Insurance
🔹 Location: Kurnool & Ananthpur, Andhra Pradesh
🔹 Industry: Insurance / Financial Services
CTC : max 6 Lacs
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Life Insurance and Health Insurance business across assigned branches.
- Achieve business targets and improve branch productivity.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular branch visits, sales reviews, and employee training.
- Develop strong relationships with branch teams and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in insurance sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel across assigned areas.
- Prior experience with an NBFC, especially Manappuram, is preferred.
- Must be a local resident with proficiency in Telugu and good English communication skills.
