We have been working on licensing the rights to a remarkable treatment that restores memory in people with dementia and Alzheimer's. We therefore are seeking to acquire a large and leading player in the memory-care sector so as to utilize it for demonstrating how this technology can transform the entire segment. We are backed by large investors, so even a billion-dollar entity would be feasible for acquisition.
We are seeking someone with strong relationships who would help us quickly identify the right candidate(s) that are both strong companies and interested in selling to us.
