Regional Vice President of Operations

Role Description The Regional Vice President of Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing operational performance across an assigned region. This role directs regional operations teams, establishes performance goals, and ensures alignment with company strategy and customer service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key metrics, leading operational reviews, optimizing processes, and managing regional budgets and P&L. The Regional Vice President of Operations collaborates with cross-functional leaders on strategic initiatives, supports project execution, and drives continuous improvement programs. This role also mentors regional leaders, manages risk, and ensures compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including oversight of multi-site or regional operations and process optimization.
Demonstrated experience in P&L Management, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
Proficiency in Customer Service leadership, with a track record of improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting regional priorities and aligning operations with long-term business goals.
Project Management skills, including planning, executing, and evaluating cross-functional initiatives.
Proven leadership experience managing managers and distributed teams, ideally in a remote or hybrid environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with comfort using data and KPIs to guide actions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience in a multi-region or multi-location organization and familiarity with change management are beneficial.
