We are appointing a Senior Recruitment Specialist (360° Consultant) to anchor our Executive Search & Talent Advisory expansion across corporate India, backed by our operations leadership in Dubai.
This role is designed for a consultant who has outgrown transactional recruitment and wants to operate at a strategic, advisory-led level.

- Enterprise B2B partnerships with CHROs, CEOs & business heads
- AI-enabled executive search delivery
- Consulting-grade talent advisory execution across India
This is not a delivery desk. It is a builder’s mandate.

## What You Will Lead
B2B Origination (50%)
Develop and manage enterprise partnerships across Mumbai/MMR & PAN-India.
Lead diagnostic discovery sessions and position Element’s advisory solutions.
AI Search & Delivery (50%)
Build automated Boolean architectures, leverage Generative AI sourcing workflows, run competency scorecards, and manage full-cycle governance from pitch to offer closure.

## Who We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of proven 360° recruitment experience
- Demonstrated ability to pitch to CXOs and close commercial agreements
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean architecture & AI sourcing
- A consultant who values autonomy, ownership, and high-impact work
