Senior Full-stack Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer based in India.
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and optimize modern web applications and Model Context Protocol (MCP) applications. In this role, you will work across the entire technology stack, combining strong backend expertise in Python with frontend development using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NextJS. You will build scalable, configurable, and high-performance solutions while ensuring seamless integration between user-facing interfaces and server-side systems. Your work will contribute to developing reliable applications that deliver excellent user experiences across devices and browsers. Accountabilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex web application features and MCP applications using Python, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, NextJS, MySQL, and API management technologies.
Write clean, reusable, testable, configurable, and efficient code that adheres to software engineering best practices.
Build scalable, low-latency, highly available, and high-performance applications that meet functional and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain backend services using Python, MySQL, stored procedures, and RESTful APIs.
Create responsive and interactive frontend components using ReactJS, React Hooks, state management techniques, and DOM manipulation.
Integrate frontend components with backend services and server-side logic to deliver seamless application functionality.
Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs to support communication between application components and external systems.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across a wide range of devices and web browsers.
Develop configurable applications and reusable components that support flexible product functionality and efficient customization.
Contribute to the architecture and development of SaaS products and MCP-based applications where applicable.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into reliable technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.
Requirements
Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development or a related software engineering role, with the ability to independently deliver complex application features.
ReactJS: Strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, including React Hooks, component architecture, state management, and DOM manipulation.
Python: Strong backend development skills using Python, including the design and implementation of application logic and server-side services.
RESTful APIs: Extensive experience designing, integrating, and maintaining REST APIs for reliable communication between frontend and backend systems.
JavaScript and TypeScript: Proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript for developing maintainable, robust, and efficient applications.
NextJS: Good working knowledge of NextJS and its application in modern web development.
Database technologies: Experience working with MySQL, database design, query optimization, and stored procedures is highly desirable.
Data structures and algorithms: Strong programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and the ability to understand and implement complex technical concepts.
Performance optimization: Understanding of application performance, scalability, low-latency architecture, high availability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Configurable application development: Experience building no-code platforms, configurable applications, or reusable software components is a strong advantage.
SaaS and MCP development: Experience developing SaaS products and MCP applications is an additional advantage.
Software engineering best practices: Ability to write clean, reusable, testable, maintainable, and efficient code.
Analytical skills: Strong debugging, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Collaboration: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, work effectively with distributed teams, and take ownership of development tasks in a remote environment.
