AI-Native Research Analyst

Transformasi.AI is an AI enablement company working with enterprise and government clients across Indonesia. We're looking for an AI-Native Research Analyst to run and maintain the AI pipelines behind our client research and reporting.
Our leadership plans each research project. You make it happen: you execute the plan, keep the output accurate, and make sure every report is right before it reaches the client.
If you already use AI in your research work every day and care about getting the details right, we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll do
Set up new client research projects from an agreed plan, using our AI-based pipeline.
Review and correct what the AI proposes, including search parameters, data sources, classification rules and report templates.
Monitor data quality on every project daily, spot findings that are missing or irrelevant, and fix them.
Run tests before each change and at scheduled audits.
Check AI-generated reports before they go to clients, and write in-depth analysis reports from a given outline.
Document every change and keep the working guides up to date.
What you bring
A bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Social and Political Science, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field would be a plus
1–3 years of experience in research, public issue analysis, communications research or market research.
Excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia, and professional working English.
Daily, hands-on use of AI models, including editing prompts and judging the quality of the output.
Strong attention to detail and a habit of verifying your work before you send it.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Your own work device and a stable internet connection.
Basic Python or SQL is a plus.
Location
This is a fully remote role. Candidates based in Jakarta and the surrounding area (Jabodetabek) are preferred.
