Fabrication Supervisor

Role Description The Fabrication Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role oversees daily fabrication activities, including coordinating workflows, assigning tasks, and monitoring production to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The supervisor supports welding and fabrication operations, ensures proper use of equipment and materials, and enforces safety protocols in the workshop. They maintain production records, collaborate with planning teams to meet delivery timelines, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves training and mentoring fabrication staff, addressing technical or operational issues, and supporting communication between management and the shop floor.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to inspect fabricated components, ensure compliance with standards, and drive corrective actions.
Candidates should possess Welding-related skills and practical fabrication knowledge to guide team members and resolve technical issues.
Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard new team members, provide skill development, and reinforce safety and process standards.
Relevant experience in fabrication or manufacturing supervision, preferably in an industrial or equipment-related environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations, workshop procedures, and basic maintenance of fabrication tools and machinery.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
A Candidate based out of Vadodara is required.
