Job Summary
We are looking for qualified and dedicated nursing professionals to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching nursing students, supervising clinical practice, supporting academic activities, and contributing to student development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory classes, practical sessions, and clinical teaching for nursing students.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Supervise students during clinical postings and practical training.
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
Participate in departmental activities, examinations, and academic meetings.
Educational Qualification
M.Sc. Nursing in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the State Nursing Registration Council.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience after M.Sc. Nursing, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Effective teaching, clinical supervision, and student mentoring abilities.
