Vellore International School is looking for experienced and passionate professionals to join our Residential School Team.
HEAD OF BOARDING
* Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university
* B.Ed. preferred
* 10–20 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience in a residential/boarding school
BOARDING COORDINATOR
* Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university
* B.Ed. preferred
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in boarding/residential school operations
DEPUTY BOARDING COORDINATOR
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field
* B.Ed. preferred
* 3–5 years of experience in a boarding/residential school environment
IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE:
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in student welfare and pastoral care
* Understanding of child safeguarding and student wellbeing
* Ability to manage residential routines and boarding operations
* Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers and residential staff
* A passion for creating a safe, supportive and enriching boarding environment
