Role Description The Social Media Internship is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. Interns will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Daily tasks include scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, responding to audience interactions, and supporting campaign execution. The role also involves basic performance tracking, researching trends and competitors, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop new ideas for social media growth. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment with mentorship and opportunities to learn industry tools and best practices.
Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to support campaign planning and execution.
Social Media Content Creation and Marketing skills to develop engaging posts and visuals.
Strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration, and audience interaction.
Basic understanding of major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Ability to learn quickly, follow brand guidelines, and adapt to evolving trends.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
