Chief Information Officer

Role Description The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at BIMNOVA CONSTRUCTION is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall information technology vision, strategy, and execution across the organization. The CIO will oversee day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and support services, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business priorities. This role collaborates with executive leadership to develop and implement technology roadmaps, optimize business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives in construction project delivery. The CIO will manage IT budgets and vendor relationships, establish governance and policies, and lead, mentor, and develop IT team members. The position also involves monitoring technology trends, evaluating new solutions, and driving continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
Proven experience in IT Operations, with the ability to manage day-to-day support, system reliability, and service delivery.
Demonstrated IT Management skills, including team leadership, resource planning, and vendor management.
Expertise in IT Strategy, with a track record of aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals and growth plans.
Experience in Business Process analysis and optimization, preferably within construction, engineering, or related industries.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and change management capabilities in complex, fast-paced settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIO, ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are advantageous.
