Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Chain Specialist (F&B)

Role Description
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Chain Specialist (F&B) to support and optimize supply chain operations across food and beverage products, suppliers, inventory, procurement, and distribution. The role involves analyzing supply chain data, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and improving product availability, operational efficiency, and cost management.
Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, demand patterns, purchasing activities, supplier performance, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules. The role involves analyzing supply and demand data, identifying potential shortages or excess inventory, supporting demand forecasting, and coordinating replenishment activities to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Responsibilities also include supporting supplier sourcing and evaluation, purchase order management, product and material planning, logistics coordination, and supply chain reporting. The role will work closely with procurement, operations, warehouse, finance, sales, and F&B teams to identify process gaps, resolve supply issues, and improve overall supply chain performance.
The position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to product quality and food-related requirements, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate supply chain information.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning principles.
Familiarity with F&B products, food ingredients, packaging materials, inventory control, and distribution processes.
Ability to analyze inventory, purchasing, sales, demand, supplier, and logistics data.
Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, or supply chain systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Understanding of demand forecasting, stock replenishment, lead times, safety stock, and supplier performance indicators.
Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills with the ability to coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and operational requirements effectively.
Knowledge of food safety, quality control, or relevant F&B supply chain requirements is an advantage.
Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency, cost optimization, supply continuity, and continuous improvement.
