About Connecting The Dots
Connecting The Dots (CTD) is an education-focused organisation founded in 2013 with a mission to make quality education accessible to underserved students.
CTD’s portfolio combines social impact with sustainable business operations. Its two social-impact verticals are:
Core Connect: Live, interactive STEM education for students in government schools, supported by experiments, assessments, teacher development and other learning interventions.
Teacher Training & Employment: Training graduates to become effective teachers and connecting them with employment opportunities in schools, addressing both youth unemployment and teacher shortages.
CTD is looking for a full-time professional to take ownership of fundraising and partnerships for these two social-impact verticals.

The individual will understand social needs, conceptualise fundable interventions, develop compelling proposals, build relationships with potential funders, make pitches, secure commitments and transition funded projects to CTD’s delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will combine a passion for social impact with the ability to think strategically, communicate persuasively, build relationships and deliver measurable fundraising outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive presentations and proposals.
Strong research, analytical and project-planning skills.
Ability to understand programme budgets, funding requirements and measurable social outcomes.
Comfortable with networking, cold outreach, meetings, presentations, negotiations and persistent follow-up.
Self-driven, organised and comfortable working independently with clear targets and accountability.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and CRM or pipeline-management tools.
Preferred: Experience in CSR fundraising, corporate foundations, education, skilling, employability or NGO partnerships; familiarity with Indian CSR funding requirements and grant-making processes.
