Multiple AI Positions | AI Consultant, AI Architect, AI Engineer & Applied AI Scientist | KT2i Hiring (Fully Remote)

Were building our AI team, and were hiring for four roles.
Were not just experimenting with AI. We want it running safely, measurably, and at scale across a firm built on professional judgment. Doing that well takes four different kinds of expertise, and were looking for people in each.
All roles are fully remote, with working hours that overlap India and US time zones.
AI Consultant
Finds the work worth doing and builds the case for it. Youll run use-case discovery with partners, build business cases with real margin logic, redesign workflows rather than automate broken steps, and measure the impact before and after. 5+ years in consulting, production AI delivered in professional services or a regulated industry, and enough Python/SQL to question the data yourself.
AI Architect
Defines everything that has to exist for generative and agentic AI to run safely at our scale. Youll own the reference architecture for agents and the control plane (audit, lineage, evaluation, guardrails, cost, identity), set operating standards, and make build-versus-buy calls. 10+ years in engineering, 3+ years architecting agentic/GenAI platforms in production, deep experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent, and familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF and the EU AI Act.
AI Engineer
Builds the agents and runs them in the cloud, with observability, evaluation and cost control built in. Youll work on enterprise retrieval, tool calling, orchestration, and deployment on Azure AI Foundry, with evaluation built into CI. Production-grade Python, CI/CD and IaC, hands-on Azure AI Foundry experience, and at least two agents shipped to production. Microsoft AI-103 (or prior AI-102) valued.
Applied AI Scientist
Takes model quality beyond what prompting a commercial model gives everyone else, and turns our own expertise into a model we own. Youll work on fine-tuning (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA), preference optimisation (DPO, GRPO, RLHF), rigorous evaluation, synthetic data, and model routing. PhD or equivalent published or shipped record in ML/NLP, PyTorch and TRL at depth, and a measured model improvement you can point to.
