Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for leadership, process excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic BPO Operations Manager to lead our operations team and drive business performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day BPO operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team leaders and operations teams.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop strategies to improve team performance and achieve business targets.
Handle client relationships, escalations, and performance reviews.
Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
🔹 Requirements
✅ 8–10 years of experience in BPO operations, including team management.
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proven experience in managing KPIs, SLAs, and large teams.
✅ Ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
✅ Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
