Who we're looking for
Someone eager to learn and build practical skills. You'd be a good fit if you:
Are a final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields preferred)
Write strong English
Are curious about sales, business development, startups or digital marketing
Have a creative streak
Can work independently and manage your time well
Know Canva or Adobe Express (a plus, not a requirement)
No prior work experience needed. College projects, student clubs and personal content all count, and we'd like to hear about them.
What you'll do
Write SEO blogs
Manage LinkedIn for the company and its leaders
Run social media
Create the graphics and visuals for those posts
Learning & Training
Participate in a structured 2-hour weekend training session covering:
Business Development fundamentals
Outreach strategies
AI tools for business development
Digital marketing workflows

Certificate of Internship on completion
Letter of Recommendation based on performance
Direct mentorship from the CEO and founding team
A portfolio built on real email campaigns, LinkedIn content and research projects
Hands-on experience with widely used sales, marketing and CRM tools
Commission of up to 10%
