About the role
We’re looking for a technically strong Gemini Enterprise FDE Assessor & Trainer to deliver live remote training and evaluate hands-on capstone projects.
This role requires practical experience building enterprise AI solutions, the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, and sound judgment when reviewing architecture, code, and project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver 4-day, instructor-led training programmes remotely, including technical demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate capstone projects through code reviews, architecture reviews, and live demonstrations.
• Assess solution correctness, security, reliability, evaluation quality, and alignment with project requirements.
• Provide structured scores and actionable feedback to participants.
• Guide participants through implementation challenges and troubleshooting.
• Work with the programme team to align training delivery and assessments with learning objectives.
Required technical expertise
• Gemini Enterprise architecture and implementation.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), including retrieval pipelines and answer-quality evaluation.
• Building and integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and LangGraph.
• Agent-to-agent communication using A2A.
• Both 2-legged and 3-legged OAuth flows.
• Evaluation frameworks for LLM applications and AI agents.
• OpenSpec and OpenAPI.
Experience and qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying enterprise AI applications.
• Experience delivering live technical training to developers or engineers.
• Experience assessing practical projects using clear evaluation criteria and scoring rubrics.
• 1–2 relevant, active Google Cloud certifications, such as Professional Machine Learning Engineer (PMLE).
• Strong communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.
Engagement requirements
• Must be based in India.
• Must be comfortable with a long-term contract engagement.
• Must be available for an immediate start and complete 4-day remote training programmes.
• Must have reliable internet connectivity and a suitable setup for live training.
