Job Overview
We are looking for skilled Quadient Developers (Level 1 & Level 2) with hands-on experience in the Quadient Inspire Suite to develop, integrate, and maintain customer communication solutions. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of document composition, data integration, workflow optimization, and application troubleshooting.
Candidates must be capable of developing high-quality, maintainable code, ensuring system reliability, and collaborating with distributed teams in an India–US coordination environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Integrate and compose software components and services to develop functional applications.
Ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of integrated systems.
Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code for integrations.
Optimize integrated applications and workflows for improved performance.
Maintain accurate technical documentation for integrated systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with security standards, confidentiality requirements, and company policies.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deliver integration solutions.
Manage version control, release processes, and code quality.
Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members.
Follow company IT and security policies, including NDA compliance, confidentiality, employment agreements, and behavioural guidelines.
Required Skills and Competencies
Hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire Suite, including:
Quadient Inspire Designer
Quadient Inspire Interactive
Quadient Inspire Scaler
Strong understanding of document composition and software integration.
Knowledge of data integration, data handling, and workflow optimization.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application quality.
Understanding of code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Strong task prioritization, problem-solving, and learning agility.
Understanding of the Customer Communications Management (CCM) ecosystem.
Awareness of compliance requirements and security standards.
Communication and Collaboration
Clear written communication skills.
Ability to follow structured instructions, technical specifications, and implementation guides.
Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and coordinating with US-based stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
Good to Have
Basic exposure to commercially available AI models and their applications in the software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with development best practices, version control, and release management.
Work Requirements
Candidates must be comfortable working from the office.
Must be available to work the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM shift.
Must have 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably with hands-on exposure to the Quadient Inspire Suite.
