About the role:
We’re especially looking for individuals who are experts in front-end engineering for mobile or web platforms, with deep experience in modern frameworks and performance optimization. You’ll bring hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and understand how to apply them to enhance product experiences. Consulting experience is also key — you’ll be comfortable engaging with clients, shaping solutions, and driving strategic outcomes.

As part of our global team, you'll have the chance to develop a wide range of new skills on the job and work with cutting-edge technologies. So why wait? Join us and take your career to new heights.
As a Front End Engineering Assoc. Manager, you will:
Drive measurable growth and delivery impact across our customer technology product engineering practice
Shape and scale client product and platform engineering capabilities (operating model, team topology, and delivery practices)
Build trusted senior client relationships and align stakeholders on clear outcomes, scope, and measures of success
Lead engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmes, improving predictability, quality, and delivery pace
Set the web front-end technical direction, including architecture, engineering standards, and governance
Raise the bar for web quality and reliability by championing testing, accessibility, performance (Core Web Vitals) and production observability
Identify, prototype and scale Generative AI use cases in products and delivery workflows, ensuring responsible adoption and measurable value
Grow and retain high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, hiring support, and clear progression pathways
Create and evolve reusable assets (e.g., Next.js accelerators, design system patterns, and delivery playbooks) and represent the practice internally and externally
Partner with Product, Design, Data and Engineering to deliver user-centred web products from discovery through to production
