Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Director of Infrastructure Engineering to work on a full-time basis. The role involves overseeing a high-performance infrastructure team to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient systems. You will drive architectural decisions and operational excellence to support rapid innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of global infrastructure platforms, including cloud, networking, and security.
Build and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions.
Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices.
Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure roadmaps with business objectives.
Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of critical systems through proactive monitoring and incident response.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Strong background in networking, security, and compliance frameworks.
Proven track record in scaling systems to support high-growth applications.
Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
