THE WORK
Own the architecture of MCU firmware, security components and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), while continuously developing your expertise in embedded security architecture.
Design, implement and maintain complex security features, including SecOC and Secure Boot, using modern C++, with appropriate tests and documentation.
Collaborate on architecture with internal teams and customers, using technical discussions as opportunities to exchange knowledge and refine solutions.
Review and approve requirements, architecture and technical designs, applying your expertise across the development lifecycle.
Review code, tests and documentation, contributing to continuous improvement of software quality and engineering practices.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Advanced knowledge of modern C++ for embedded firmware and driver development, together with experience working with MCU architectures.
Advanced knowledge of embedded security concepts, including key storage, certificate handling, secure communication and secure boot.
Understanding of RTOS and embedded operating system concepts, combined with experience using debugging tools such as JTAG, logic analyzers and protocol analyzers.
Experience with gtest and gmock for C++ unit testing.
Ability to contribute to technical architecture discussions and review requirements, architecture, design, code, tests and documentation.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Knowledge of TriCore, ARM and POSIX, as well as AUTOSAR and functional safety.
Experience with MISRA, CERT or other static code analysis standards.
Experience with Python and PyTest.
