Application Manager / Systems Analyst

Role Description The Application Manager / Systems Analyst is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the club’s core applications and digital systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing system requirements, configuring and maintaining applications, and ensuring smooth integration between platforms used for operations, performance analysis, and communications. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and translating business needs into functional system improvements. The Application Manager / Systems Analyst will also document processes, support user training, and recommend technology enhancements that align with the club’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
Strong Systems Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and making evidence-based recommendations.
Solid foundation in Information Technology, including familiarity with business applications, databases, and integration concepts.
Business Analysis capabilities to understand operational workflows, stakeholder needs, and translate them into system specifications.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting application and system issues, with a structured approach to incident resolution.
Relevant experience in application management, system administration, or IT support; experience in sports or entertainment industries is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
