As a Workday Extend Architect:
Architect, design, develop, and implement new and existing Workday Extend use cases for both Workday HCM & Financials.
Lead teams of Workday technical resources in the development of new and existing Workday Extend applications.
Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of HR & Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Collaborate with client and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes
Closely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals
Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives (including design and build activities)
Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
Has some latitude in decision-making - acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Hands-on Workday Extend experience & Full lifecycle Workday Implementation
Strong experience in leading global teams on Workday implementations
Experience in Workday integration technologies such as Orchestrate and Workday Studio
Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions
Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment and showing effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences
Set yourself apart:
Fluency in any one of the European Languages
Existing and up to date Workday Extend and Integrations Partner Certifications
Has consultancy experience and ability to work closely with a global team including offshore delivery teams
