Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions supporting Global Financial Markets business. The role focuses on full stack application development, system integration, API enablement, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of application developers to design, build, and deploy robust enterprise-grade applications.
Drive the technical roadmap, system architecture, and design patterns to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to organizational coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements
Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, messaging platforms, distributed systems and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to review solution design, architecture and source code at a detailed technical level.
Experience working with cloud-native architectures, containerization technologies, and DevSecOps practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong hands-on technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. Hands-on experience with:
Java, Spring Boot,Spring Cloud, REST APIs
Kafka / Event Streaming Platforms
SQL and NoSQL Databases
Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins
