Storekeeper

Job Description:
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels.
Prepare GRNs, stock registers, and maintain records in line with ISO and QHSE standards.
Follow up on deliveries, discrepancies, and documentation like challans and invoices.
Generate daily/weekly consumption reports and highlight variances or shortages.
Ensure safe storage practices and maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.
Monitor tools, equipment, and consumables issued to site teams.
