Job Title: Senior Electrical Production & Panel Design Engineer
Location: Nacharam, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop electrical schematics for control panels.
• Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Select appropriate switchgear and electrical components based on application requirements.
• Perform component sizing for protection, control, and power distribution.
• Optimize component placement within control panels for space efficiency and thermal management.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with mechanical designers, project managers, and procurement teams.
• Ensure Quality Control
• Take charge of panel manufacturing and testing.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical production and panel design.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards, switchgear selection, and component sizing.
• Experience with Diesel Generators or similar industrial applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with IEC, IS, or relevant electrical safety standards.
• Ability to diagnose electrical faults in panels and DG systems
• Knowledge of testing instruments and procedures for DG panels
• Knowledge in electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLD), and wiring layouts
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
