Project Manager Scrum Master

Role Description
The Project Manager Scrum Master will oversee remote project teams, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. This contract role involves planning and coordinating project activities, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing backlogs, and removing impediments to keep teams productive and focused. The individual will collaborate with clients and cross-functional partners to define requirements, track progress, and manage risks and issues. Daily responsibilities include monitoring schedules, coordinating logistics, preparing status reports, and maintaining clear communication channels across all project stakeholders. The role is fully remote and requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective leadership in a distributed environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
Hands-on experience as an Expeditor, with strong Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials, information, and project outputs.
Background in Inspection activities, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Practical knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordination of resources, scheduling, and support for remote or distributed teams.
Professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, with familiarity in Scrum, Kanban, or related frameworks.
Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, multicultural environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies in fast-paced projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP) are an advantage.
