We’re Hiring: Blue Yonder Business Consultant – Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Business Consultant / Solution Architect with strong expertise in Enterprise Planning (EP) on EKB and Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead Blue Yonder solution implementations, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Assess existing Blue Yonder solutions and support migration to Cognitive Planning.
Design and implement Merchandise Financial Planning solutions.
Drive business process analysis, functional specifications, and solution architecture.
Develop PoCs, demos, test scripts, and reusable implementation templates.
Perform end-to-end solution validation, data flow, interface, and performance testing.
Collaborate with customers, product teams, and architects to deliver effective planning solutions.
🔹 Required Skills & Expertise:
6+ years of experience in retail planning solutions.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in JDA/Blue Yonder Enterprise Planning on EKB.
Strong expertise in Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), including Pre-Season & In-Season Planning, Planning by Attribute, and Assortment Planning.
Knowledge of grocery and fashion retail planning processes.
Experience designing complex planning hierarchies across product, location, and time dimensions.
Understanding of retail and cost accounting methodologies.
Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, time-series forecasting, Python/R, Snowflake, Azure, SaaS, and DevOps is desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
