Role: Senior Executive – Operations
Function: Inbound, Inventory & Learning and Development
Industry: E-commerce Warehousing
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day inbound operations, including receiving, put-away, and system updates.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution.
Lead and manage Warehouse Associates and Data Entry Operators (DEOs).
Manage site-level Learning & Development, including employee induction, process training, and refresher sessions.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and operational targets.
Prepare MIS reports and monitor performance using MS Excel and WMS.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; Logistics or Supply Chain qualification preferred.
Relevant experience in e-commerce warehouse operations, specifically inbound and inventory management.
Experience in team handling and employee training.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
