Description
We are seeking a highly motivated SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer to support and enhance customer’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting SailPoint IIQ solutions covering identity lifecycle management, access governance, role management, certifications, provisioning, and application onboarding. The role requires close collaboration with architecture, application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
SailPoint Development & Configuration
Design, develop, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
Develop and maintain IIQ workflows, lifecycle events, forms, rules, and business processes
Configure Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) lifecycle management processes.
Develop custom BeanShell rules, task definitions, certifications, and email templates.
Configure and maintain role models including Business Roles, IT Roles, and Entitlement Roles.
Build and support automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Application Onboarding & Integration
Onboard enterprise applications into SailPoint IIQ.
Configure and customize connectors for:
Active Directory
LDAP/OU
JDBC Databases
SAP
Salesforce
HR Systems
REST/SOAP APIs
Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
Support aggregation, correlation, and reconciliation activities.
Governance & Compliance
Configure and execute access certification campaigns.
Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) implementation.
Perform access reviews and governance reporting.
Support SOX and audit-related activities.
Generate audit evidence and compliance reports.
Operations & Support
Perform L2/L3 support activities for the SailPoint platform.
Troubleshoot provisioning failures, aggregation issues, workflow failures, and connector-related incidents.
Participate in RCA activities for recurring incidents.
Support SailPoint upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
5-8 Years of Business Analysis Experience 3+ Years of SailPoint IdentityIQ / IAM Domain Experience
