Job Description
Exacta Web Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to generate leads and convert potential clients into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Explain our digital marketing, website development, SEO, and advertising services to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Previous experience in sales or telecalling preferred.
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
