💰 Compensation: Competitive salary + Daily Stipend (Travel & Meals) + High Performance Commissions

Students are hungry. We put restaurants on their map.
Likaa (www.likaa.me) is where students in Metro Manila find the food around their campus — and where restaurants find those students. Today that is 1,900+ student users, 100+ restaurants and cafes, and 100+ student creators across 34+ Manila campuses.
Getting on Likaa is free. A restaurant gets its own page, a spot on the student map, a coupon tool and a digital stamp card, and pays nothing for any of it.
The role
As a Business Development Associate, you won't just be "selling an app." You will be the bridge between Likaa’s massive student community and local restaurant owners. Your mission is to invite your favorite eateries to join our community program and help them thrive with student traffic.
What you'll do
You're rewriting how Manila students eat with Likaa together.
Every Business Development Associate on the team shares one mission: build a dense map of restaurants where students in Metro Manila and QC can actually afford to eat well between or after classes
Identify and visit cafes/restaurants near the university in Metro Manila or Quezon City..
Show restaurant owners how Likaa works and how our student influencers can boost their business.
Guide restaurant staff to set up their "First Taste" coupon.
Discuss marketing plans with the restaurant owner to promote their cafe/restaurants to more students through IG, TikTok, and FB
Log visit outcomes and update partnership status in CRM
Who We Are Looking For:
Fresh university graduates based in Manila or Quezon City.
You’re friendly, confident, and can explain ideas clearly in English and Tagalog.
You know where the best student meals are and want to support local businesses.
You enjoy fieldwork and aren't afraid to walk in and say "Hi!" to a business owner.
