Sr. Maintenance Specialist

This role offers an opportunity to support critical facilities and maintenance operations within a GMP-regulated biotechnology manufacturing environment. You will oversee essential maintenance management and engineering documentation systems, helping ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Working across maintenance, IT, and external service providers, you will manage asset records, preventive maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and system improvements. You will also contribute to quality investigations, corrective actions, change controls, and audit readiness. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who combines technical expertise with strong organizational and communication skills. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced environment where data integrity, continuous improvement, and product quality are essential. The role is fully on-site in Sanford, North Carolina, initially at a construction site and ultimately at a biotechnology manufacturing facility.
