Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Project Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, timelines, and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing engineering drawings, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring site activities, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The role involves collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain quality control. The Project Engineer will also prepare progress reports, participate in project reviews, and support continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and apply engineering principles to residential construction.
Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and budget tracking.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders, and document project progress clearly.
Candidates should ideally have experience in civil or electrical engineering within real estate or construction, including familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field), demonstrate proficiency with project management and CAD/engineering software, and be able to work on-site at project locations in Bengaluru.
