Performance Manager, AI Authority Engine
AI Authority Engine measures which car dealerships ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity recommend to shoppers, then does the work to move our clients up in those answers.
We're looking for a performance manager who understands dealerships, knows how to talk to car people, and takes ownership of getting stores results.
You'll work directly with dealer principals, GMs, and marketing managers to make sure their AI visibility keeps improving and they see exactly what their money is doing.
What you'll do
- Own the performance relationship with a portfolio of dealership accounts
- Meet with each store monthly to review their AI visibility results and agree on next steps
- Monitor results between meetings and catch problems before they become ongoing issues
- Run the SEO and content work that moves the needle in AI answers
- Give every store a clear picture of what is working, what needs attention, and who owns the next step
- Follow through on commitments and help dealerships see the value they are receiving
Who we're looking for
- Automotive retail experience, or dealership-facing marketing or SEO experience
- Real SEO experience, not theory. You understand local search
- Confidence talking to everyone from the dealer principal to the marketing manager
- Strong communication and organization while managing multiple accounts remotely
- Comfort learning AI tools and working across dealership systems

- $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience
