Role Description
A good candidate will have a track record of strong product and project management and experience working within an Agile framework.
Core Responsibilities
Work with business partners to identify opportunities and define goals for various initiatives
Play a key role in articulating detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
Coordinate across business, user experience and technology teams to drive delivery
Prepare detailed specifications and supporting documents to guide development teams as needed, including assisting in designing and reviewing test cases
Meet deadlines and communicate delays in a timely manner
Collaborate with other teams within the organization on project work and to further best practices
What We’re Looking For (Key Experience)
10+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or User Experience roles.
Proven track record working in an Agile environment (managing backlogs, grooming user stories, and mapping deliverables to roadmaps).
Strong communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of empathy and influence.
High attention to detail with proven ability to manage and execute simultaneous complex projects.
Self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
High proficiency in core tools (MS Office, Jira/Confluence, and equivalent product management suites).
Bonus Points (Desired Skills)
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Financial Services or Investment Banking.
Domain knowledge in AML / KYC processes and compliance software.
UX/UI Design Background: Experience designing digital interfaces, crafting wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and mapping user flows (especially leveraging modern AI tools).
Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of resolving complex, high-friction challenges.
