Recruitment Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join a growing recruitment agency in Malta.
The role will have a strong focus on candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, identifying professionals who match our clients’ requirements and engaging with them about relevant career opportunities.
You’ll work across a variety of roles, with a particular focus on iGaming, FinTech and digital businesses, developing an understanding of different positions and using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to find the right profiles in Malta and international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Use LinkedIn extensively to identify and source suitable candidates for active vacancies.
Conduct targeted candidate searches based on specific experience, skills, industries, locations and other requirements.
Proactively approach potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Review profiles and CVs to assess whether candidates meet the requirements of particular roles.
Conduct initial conversations and screening calls with interested candidates.
Build and continuously develop candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Maintain relationships with candidates and keep them informed about relevant opportunities.
Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
Prepare concise candidate profiles and summaries for presentation to clients.
Keep candidate information and recruitment activity accurately recorded within the company’s systems.
Develop an understanding of the industries and positions we recruit for, particularly across iGaming, FinTech and digital businesses.
Continuously identify new ways of finding and engaging relevant talent.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, talent acquisition or a similar role would be considered an advantage.
Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and online candidate sourcing.
Comfortable researching and identifying candidates based on specific job requirements.
Confident approaching and communicating with professionals through LinkedIn.
Good understanding of how to assess a candidate’s experience against a job description.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and able to manage searches across multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proactive, persistent and comfortable reaching out to people who may not be actively looking for a new role.
Good attention to detail when reviewing profiles and candidate information.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Knowledge of the iGaming, FinTech or digital sectors would be considered an advantage.
