Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals and long-term business priorities.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
Manage cash flow, financial reporting, expense control, and resource allocation.
Establish financial policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
Monitor revenue, operating costs, profit margins, and financial performance across business units.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations for executive leadership.
Evaluate investment opportunities, business proposals, and financial risks.
Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and other departments to improve financial performance.
Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Maintain accurate financial records and support timely reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, profitability, and financial processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams while promoting accountability and professional growth.
Support long-term financial planning, business expansion, and organizational development.
Experience & Qualifications
20+ years of professional experience in Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, or related fields.
10+ years of team management and senior leadership experience.
Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial performance management.
Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, profitability analysis, and internal controls.
Proven ability to develop financial strategies and support executive-level decision-making.
Experience managing finance teams, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred; MBA, CPA, or CFA is an advantage.
