Job Summary
Responsible for leading end-to-end e-commerce operations, fulfillment center management, inventory control, and supply chain performance. The role focuses on operational excellence, cost optimization, data-driven decision-making, automation, and scalable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale e-commerce and fulfillment center operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
Oversee inventory planning, stock accuracy, order fulfillment, and supply chain efficiency.
Track operational KPIs and prepare management dashboards to monitor performance.
Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Drive automation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
Implement Lean Management practices to improve productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Manage vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams while driving accountability and performance.
Manage operational budgets, optimize costs, and improve resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
8–10 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or the 3PL industry.
Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
Experience managing large-scale fulfillment operations and online marketplace businesses.
Exposure to WMS, OMS, ERP systems, and analytics tools.
Graduate or postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
