Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with 2–5 years of experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD, with a strong foundation in System Design, OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Python.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices using Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
Design, optimize, and manage SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code following OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
Develop unit and integration tests using Pytest and ensure code quality through debugging and code reviews.
Implement authentication, authorization, secure API integrations, caching, asynchronous processing, and background jobs.
Contribute to System Design, software architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and high-availability solutions.
Build and maintain Docker-based applications, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment workflows on AWS/cloud environments.
Collaborate with Frontend, QA, DevOps, and Product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver end-to-end features.
Troubleshoot production issues, monitor application performance, mentor junior developers, and continuously improve coding standards and development practices.
Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of professional experience in Python/backend development with strong proficiency in Python.
Strong hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI, preferably including Django REST Framework.
Strong expertise in building REST APIs, Microservices, and scalable backend architectures.
Excellent understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and System Design.
Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, including database design and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, and collaborative code review workflows.
Experience with AWS/cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
Strong knowledge of Pytest, unit/integration testing, debugging, logging, monitoring, and application performance optimization.
Good understanding of authentication and authorization, including JWT/OAuth, along with secure API development practices.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix, asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and high-availability concepts.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and Agile/Scrum skills.
