What we're looking for
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, UI Engineering, or a related role
Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, responsive design, and usability
Ability to translate business and user requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces
Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components
Good understanding of typography, spacing, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
A strong portfolio showcasing real UI/UX projects and your design process
Technical Experience is a plus
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or similar frontend technologie
sAbility to translate Figma designs into responsive, production-ready interface
sFamiliarity with Git and modern development workflow
sExperience with usability testing, analytics, or A/B testing

Depending on the client opportunity, you may be required to work according to US, European, Australian, or Middle Eastern business hours.
