Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kunnamkulam. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for web development, digital marketing, branding, and design initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, allocating resources, coordinating with internal teams and agency partners, and monitoring progress against milestones. The role also involves managing communication, identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will support continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes, optimizing processes, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including project planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks, materials, and project milestones.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review work quality, verify compliance with requirements, and validate deliverables before handover.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize workflows, manage dependencies, and support smooth operational execution.
Relevant experience in managing digital, web, or marketing projects, preferably within an agency or service-oriented environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are an advantage.
