Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Conference Producer – Conference Producer – BFSI | Event Production & Speaker Acquisition The Conference Producer will research and identify key themes, trends, and topics shaping the BFSI landscape to develop compelling conference agendas and session formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and acquiring high-caliber speakers, managing outreach and communication with senior industry stakeholders, and curating content that aligns with the summit’s strategic focus. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to support event logistics, maintaining detailed production timelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees. The Conference Producer will also monitor market developments, refine program content based on feedback, and contribute to the overall positioning and impact of the summit.
Qualifications
Conference Production and Event Management skills to design, structure, and deliver high-quality BFSI-focused summit programs.
Market Research capabilities to analyze industry trends, identify relevant topics, and map potential speakers and partners across the BFSI ecosystem.
Strong Communication and Speaker Acquisition skills to engage senior stakeholders, secure speakers, and manage ongoing relationships professionally.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
Familiarity with BFSI sector, fintech, or technology-driven financial services; prior experience producing industry conferences or content-led events is highly beneficial.
Comfort with digital collaboration tools and virtual event platforms; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in events or industry research.
